A mini stepper is a convenient exercise machine. It is light weight and easy to store. You can pull it out and use it while you are watching TV. The best part is that it does not cost a lot of money. Of course, it is not as sturdy an exercise stepper and does not typically come with anything to hold onto as with a bigger stepper machine. The normal sized stair steppers come with handle bars as well as a digital display to keep track of calories burned, time, and distance.
